Booking & Client Experience Guidelines
At HairbyTisean, every appointment is carefully scheduled to provide a calm, detailed and luxury experience.
Kindly ensure you have reviewed all booking information prior to securing your appointment.
Booking confirms your understanding and agreement to the policies outlined below.
Out-of-Hours & Emergency Appointments
Out-of-hours appointments may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
An additional £20 service fee applies to:
• Appointments scheduled outside of stated business hours
• Bookings made less than 24 hours in advance
To request an emergency or out-of-hours appointment, please contact us directly via Instagram, Email or WhatsApp.
Booking Retainers
To secure your appointment, a £15 non-refundable booking retainer is required.
This amount will be deducted from your total service cost.
The remaining balance is payable by cash or card. Clients are kindly asked to arrive with the correct amount of cash, as change may not always be available.
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you once the retainer has been received.
Punctuality
To maintain the flow and quality of each scheduled service, punctuality is essential.
A 5-minute grace period is provided.
• Arrivals 10 minutes late will incur a £5 late fee.
• Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in appointment cancellation or a £15 charge.
If you anticipate being late, please make contact as soon as possible.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations can be completed via the link in your booking confirmation email.
Please note:
• Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a £20 charge.
• Appointments may only be rescheduled once. Further changes will require a new booking retainer.
• Same-day cancellations are classified as last-minute cancellations/no-shows and will result in the full service amount being charged.
These measures are in place to protect allocated appointment times and ensure fairness to all clients.

HairbyTisean’s Standards & Rights
At HairbyTisean, professionalism, respect and safety are non-negotiable. The following standards are in place to maintain a secure and elevated environment for both clients and stylist.
Right to Refuse Service
HairbyTisean reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual displaying inappropriate, disruptive or disrespectful behaviour.
Maintaining a calm and professional atmosphere is essential to the quality of every appointment.
Conduct & Recording
In circumstances where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, threatening or aggressive, HairbyTisean reserves the right to document incidents, including video recording where necessary, for safety and evidential purposes.
No Additional Guests
To preserve a focused and curated environment, appointments are reserved strictly for booked clients only.
Additional guests will not be permitted entry unless agreed in advance.
Booking on Behalf of Another Individual
If you are securing an appointment for someone else, you must make direct contact prior to the appointment.
Please provide:
• A screenshot of the booking confirmation
• The full name of the attending client
Failure to provide this information may result in cancellation of the booking.
Client Details
Clients are responsible for ensuring all booking information is entered accurately. HairbyTisean cannot be held responsible for missed communications due to incorrect contact details.
Service Add-Ons
Please note that add-on services may extend the duration of your appointment. Kindly factor this into your schedule when booking.
Final Note
These standards are in place to protect the quality, safety and exclusivity of the HairbyTisean experience. Thank you for respecting the space.
